If your membership is expiring, you can renew through the membership tab on the ERTA website. | Mountain Bike and E-Bike Skills Classes: May 26, 27 or 28, 2026
ERTA is thrilled to offer members a variety of opportunities to get outside to enjoy the freedom of the road – bicycle style! Whether you are relatively new to biking or it has been a while since you dusted off the wheels, if you have just a few years of experience riding, or if you are discovering the delight and accessibility of an e-bike, we have a class for you! | ERTA Summer Luncheon and AGM: June 10, 2026, 11:45 am
Registration has opened for ERTA’s Summer Luncheon and Annual General Meeting. After the meeting, Edmonton Public Libraries will present an exciting range of new and popular tools, opportunities and services available to seniors. The deadline for registering is June 3, 2026. This is a gentle reminder that ERTA now requires luncheons to be prepaid. Registration is now open, and payment can be made by cheque or etransfer. For more information and to register, click here. | Tour of Blind Enthusiasm Brewery: June 25, 2026
Bring your friends and meet up with former colleagues to enjoy a tour and tasting at one of Canada’s most unique breweries! Blind Enthusiasm has a very interesting history in Edmonton, and has an inspiring presence in Edmonton’s new “Happy Beer Street”. This event includes a tour of this unique brewery and a guided tasting. With a limit of 12 participants this event is sure to sell out, so register early to ensure your spot! | Riverhawks Game: July 2, 2026
The Edmonton Riverhawks are offering a discount for ERTA members for the July 2, 2026 game at Remax Field. The theme for the evening is Foodie Night and Thirsty Thursday! Some of the local restaurant partners’ signature dishes will be highlighted, so come hungry! Members can use the code ERTA15 for tickets in the silver and bronze senior sections. The silver sections are seats that fold down and have armrests while the bronze seats are a bleacher seat with a backing. If you are looking for a great way to stay active in the community, consider volunteering at the RAM! Museum volunteers help with important behind-the-scenes human and natural history collection work, conduct research, feed our bugs, interact with our visitors, along with many other roles.
